I love Evernote! Not much call to use it with my students (yet), but I'm hoping.
I also show my students BibMe http://www.bibme.org/ to help them keep track of sources used, and easily create their Works Cited pages. Of course, in elementary school, we don't usually go into a specific format (MLA, APA, etc.), we just get them used to giving a source. Author, Title, Copyright & URL (if it's web).
I didn't know about webspiration. Now i've got something new to play with.
